Nutritional Therapy is the process of creating personalised plans that include both nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to optimise the health, peak performance and general wellbeing of an individual.

Whether you have a chronic condition, some unexplained, niggling symptoms or simply want to enhance your overall health and wellbeing, Nutritional Therapy can offer great support. The approach is always to look at the health of the client from a whole-body perspective and take into account all of the interconnected body systems to establish any underlying issues and get to the root cause of of any physiological imbalances or nutritional deficincies, rather than simply addressing the symptoms.

Nutritional protocols are then always tailored to YOU, the client - there is no 'one size fits all' approach and it is all about working together to ensure we take into account your complete health history up until now, your future health goals, your dietary requirements and dietary dislikes so that we can find an approach that will be manageable and enjoyable for you.

Nutritional Therapy is a complementary therapy and recommendations made are not a replacement for medical advice. Nutritional Therapy practitioners often work alongside other healthcare providers such as GPs or may occasionally refer you (if you consent) to such medical professionals if necessary.

Firstly, hello and thank you for being here. I'm Nicole - a clinically-trained, Registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in hormonal imbalances, digestive health, skin health, mental wellbeing and chronic conditions.

My journey into the world of Nutritional and Lifestyle Therapy began after I went through a lot of my own health struggles in my early 20s. After years of digestive issues that just seemed to worsen over time, a PCOS diagnosis and other chronic symptoms, I decided to seek the support of a Nutritional Therapist and was blown away by how hugely impactful small changes to our daily habits and routines can be at enhancing our overall health.

This led me to study Biomedicine and after becoming incredibly fascinated with how all of the interconnected body systems work, I trained to become a Nutritional Therapist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Edinburgh and I am now hugely passionate about empowering clients to take their health back into their own hands and find their way to ultimate wellness while having a happy and healthy relationship with food.

I see clients privately on a one-to-one basis from my clinic space in Perthshire, Scotland and online. If you have any questions regarding Nutritional Therapy or would like to discuss a consultation, please get in touch using the contact form below or book in for a complimentary chat with me here. I'd love to hear from you!
